Leadership Pathways

Leadership Pathways focuses on developing whole school leadership, and giving senior leaders the skills that they need to reach their full potential. Participants are able to choose their own pathway through the programme, so every stage is tailored to their individual development requirements.

Who can apply?

You must be a senior leader or aspire to a senior leadership role within the next one to two years.

You need to be able to nominate a coach from your senior leadership team to support you throughout the duration of the programme and have the opportunity to undertake a leadership change project in your school.

What's involved?

Five one-day face-to-face sessions including three core days and two skills-based workshops, self-directed online learning based on your individual needs, coaching, online networking and a school-based project on leadership change.

The programme is run across the regions by a number of training providers on behalf of the National College.
