Co-ordinating group effort: collaborating efficiently with shared documents

You will need to download and install a more recent version of the Flash Player to access the National College video player.


Create and edit documents and share them with your colleagues. The shared documents feature allows you to produce a document that is shared with other members within a group – everyone can edit it and be sure they are working on the latest version. As well as avoiding duplicated work, you can return to all the old versions of the document.
