Helping every child succeed (Every Child Matters)

Every Child MattersEnsuring that children, young people and their families have the best environment in which to achieve and flourish is critical for all leaders. The government supports the Every Child Matters (ECM) principles and integrated working to improve outcomes for all children and young people, but recognises that local areas are developing integrated working practice in different ways. There is no longer statutory guidance but local practice and agreements will be important.
