Day one highlights

• National College Governing Council Chair Vanni Treves' opening remarks to the conference focused on how the College can continue to succeed in the challenging times ahead. Video highlights from his speech are available.
• Baroness Susan Greenfield gave a thought-provoking speech on how screen culture could be affecting the youth of today. Find out more on our blog.
• Winners of the National College Award for Outstanding Operational Head, Deputy or Head of School in a National Support School were announced. Read about their achievements.

Day two highlights

• Professor Andy Hargreaves began the second day of the conference with a breakfast session on the fourth way and looked back at the memories held by the profession. Find out more about his speech on our blog.
• National College Chief Executive Steve Munby's keynote speech to the conference focused on the notion of 'Leadership as Service' and the need for strong and decisive leadership. A video of his speech is available.
• Michael Gove spoke about the importance of good leadership and the achievements of outstanding leaders in his first major speech as Education Secretary. A video of his speech is available.

Day three highlights

• Presentations from several of the conference speakers are available to view online.
