The National College’s annual leadership conference, Seizing Success, brought together a unique blend of world-class speakers from education, business, sport and the arts to share their insights into modern leadership.

Conference speakers this year helped to expand our thinking on issues that shape us as leaders, and a range of conference workshops showcased real approaches to some of the day-to-day and strategic challenges that impact on successful leadership of schools, early years settings and children’s services.
