National College initiatives

The National College plays a  key role in a range of initiatives that focus on addressing leadership challenges and opportunities. These might relate to the development of leadership in particular contexts or regions, or to significant issues that impact on leadership for children on a national scale. Many of these initiatives involve harnessing the talent and expertise of leaders themselves – to support others who may be struggling, to develop approaches relevant to their local context, and to test and refine new ways of building leadership for today and the future.
